# Metahut Rating & Visits
## **Metahut Rating Overview**
Metahut Rating is a feature that allows all users to rate and leave a review for each metahut they visit.
* Every user can **rate** any metahut (only once for each metahut) with grade between 1 and 5 stars.
* Every user can leave a **review/comment** (not mandatory) for any metahut.
* Users can **change the grade and review (comment)** given to them after 7 days.
* New grade & comment overwrites the previous one.
AIM of the Feature
* To provide owners/influencers with a challenge (to compete with other owners).
* To motivate owners to enhance their Metahut & experience they provide to the guests.
* To provide owners with exclusive perks (for highly rated metahuts).
* To provide users with the power to evaluate & define the best metahuts etc.

### **Rating Method & Calculation**
* Rating varies from **1 to 5 stars grade**. Users can rate the metahut either in Metahut Card menu or using a dedicated banner near the Metahut entrance (tbd).
* **The average rating** is the rating displayed in Metahut Card and Metahuts List.
* Users who've spent **5+ minutes** in the Metahut receive a pop-up reminder if the user has not rated yet (image 1).

**Calculation**
The sum of rating stars is divided by the number of rated users (average).
**E.g.,** *3 users have rated the metahut as 4, 5, and 3 stars.*
*(4 + 5 + 3) / 3 = **4.***
*The final rating of the metahut \[displayed in Metahut Card] is **4 stars.***

### **Review Format**
Every user can leave a **review/comment** (not mandatory) for any metahut.
* User can hide his personality (**anonymous review**) when leaving a review.
* Max. **150 characters** per review.
* Reviews are displayed on a special banner near the metahut entrance or in Metahut Card pop-up.
### **Rating Perks for Owners**
* Owners whose metahuts have rating **4.5+ stars** receive a special badge (in metahut card & list) and a special prop for the metahut (Image 3 & 4).

## **Metahut Visits Overview**
**the Metahut Visits** is the number of visits of each metahut. As a reference, YouTube video views feature works similarly.
* The visit is counted when a user spends **at least 1 minute** in the metahut.
* The number of visits (visitors) is not unique; therefore, the same user can visit the same metahut many times and those visits are counted, but there is a **cooldown for the user (60 min.).**

* The number of visitors cannot be **reduced**.
* The number is **saved** until the metahut is completely deleted (deactivated).
