(Rewards per user)

There are three earning types users can benefit from:

1. Onboarding: Users can earn rewards by registering on the platform and logging in. This acts as an incentive to attract new users to join the platform.

2. Property Sale: Rewards are earned every time a land plot or Metahut is sold. This encourages transactions within the metaverse and promotes its growth.

3. Token Sale: Rewards are also earned from every token sale. This encourages participation in the platform's token economy, which is crucial for the functionality and value of the metaverse.
