Owner Features Overview

Owner Features are exclusive features of the metahut owners available only in their metahuts.

AIM of The Feature

• Grant owners exclusive power within their ownership;

• Visually separate owners among other users;

• Add more flexibility & customisation features to all metahuts;

Owner features are:

• The distinction in text chat;

• Immunity to local mute

• The Global mute of selected users or all users;

• Kicking from metahut without voting;

• Access to the global mic in Event Room;

• Access to the audio panel in Event Room (global volume);

• Ability to customize own metahut (assets and parameters) etc.

The distinction in Text Chat

All metahut owners (within their metahut) are visually separated in the text chat with the “crown” icon.

Immunity to Local Mute

Metahut owner is immune to local mute by other guests (only within the area of their metahut).

Global Mute

Metahut owners can mute globally selected users (Metahut Guests > RMB (context menu) > Global Mute) or all users at once (Metahut Guests > Global Mute All).

Kicking from Metahut

Metahut owners can kick anyone from their metahut without voting or confirmation by other guests (Metahut Guests > RMB (context menu) > Kick from metahut).

Global Microphone in Event Room

Owners can use a global microphone located in Event Room to talk with all guests regardless of their location or distance in metahut.

Global Microphone is activated when the owner’s avatar is standing in a special circle (area) near the music control panel and pressing the “T” key (voice chat) again.

Media Control Panel

Owners can change the track and global volume of the music, video link of the screen, activate a presentation screen, etc in Event Room by interacting with the music control panel located in Event Room.
